Description:
Taconic, a highly successful global manufacturing company, is seeking a self-motivated, responsible individual to work as an Engineering Technician in our Engineering Department on 2nd shift.
Responsibilities:
As Engineering Technician, you will; Coat and test engineering materials, write reports summarizing test results, communicate the results of experiments to the engineering staff, and may support production by advising how to solve problems.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Three years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Strong writing skills with the ability to compose Engineering reports using MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, communicate effectively and maintain effectvie working relationships with managers and production operators.
