Application Overview

Mesh belts built for

TacMesh belts are designed for processes where airflow, drainage, release, strength, and durability are critical. They are used across food processing, textile production, nonwoven materials, recycling, insulation manufacturing, wood-based panel production, and other continuous processing applications.

Each belt can be customized with the right joint type, edge reinforcement, tracking guide, width, length, and material construction to help meet production, sanitation, temperature, and durability requirements.

PES belt edges can be reinforced with TPU or TPE to encapsulate yarns, helping prevent fraying and product contamination. Tracking guides can also be installed on the inside face of the belt edges, while stainless steel fasteners support convenient fitting.

Spiral Belts

Endless spiral belts made from PET, PPS, and PEEK monofilaments are engineered for oven loading and unloading, drying, baking, immersion baking, and high-speed conveying. FDA-certified options are available, with high resistance to hydrolysis and reliable operation in temperatures up to 482 °F/250°C.
