Durable Coating Nonstick Release
A1046
Designed specifically to address grease and compression force issues commonly found in tortilla production. Contains a non-stain coating structure with a deep tan color.

General Handling Guidelines
- —Keep all hard objects off the belt.
- —Do not drag the belt over irregular surfaces.
- —Do not stack objects on the belt when the machine is idle.
- —Keep belt flat during installation.
- —Do not fold or crease the belt.
- —Do not scrape or scratch the belt surface.
How to Clean a Tortilla Press Belt
- —Rinse belt with water and apply FDA approved detergent.
- —Clean only with a soft sponge.
- —Rinse detergent off the belt thoroughly.
- —Dry the belt with an absorbent cloth.
- —Never use abrasive cleaning pads.
- —Never use hard plastic, wood, or steel to scrape the belt.
- —Do not fully submerse the belt in a large sink or tank.
