PTFE Zone Tapes
Taconic 6500-05 is a PTFE coated fiberglass zone tape. As a zone tape, the construction is a PTFE coated fiberglass fabric complete with synthetic rubber adhesive strips along both edges leaving a clear zone in the middle. This tape is typically used on impulse heat sealers to precision seal poly films. The adhesive edges fasten the tape in place while the clear zone in the middle allows for excellent heat transfer.
All tapes are custom produced up to a maximum width of 4” wide.
