Taconic’s TacBloc HVOF Masking Compound is a one-step mask which is an instant, flexible, alternative to metal fixtures for masking in HVOF Applications.
TacBloc, in the uncured state, is a soft, conformable, putty-like material for masking holes, grooves, key slots, or any unique configuration. Once cured (@250 °F for 25 minutes) TacBloc becomes a strong abrasion resistant mask allowing users to take full advantage of HVOF coating technology.
